In 2025, Baldor Specialty Foods acquired meat provisioner and butcher Golden Packing, and I led its complete brand transformation into Golden Meat Co.—a modern premium meat brand focused on craft and quality. From the ground up, my team developed a new brand identity, logo, website, and performance marketing strategy, while overseeing the rollout across trucks, packaging, swag, and customer touchpoints. The rebrand successfully brought Golden Meat Co. to market as a distinct brand within Baldor's portfolio and helped us establish a strong foothold with our chef and retail customers.
