I recognized a fundamental challenge in marketing food digitally: The experience is inherently multisensory, yet our online presence was limited to static images and text. To bridge this gap, I made the case for and hired Baldor's first dedicated videographer, building our capability to capture food in motion—being prepped, cooked, plated, and enjoyed. Leveraging our deep relationships across the culinary industry, my talented team has produced a library of videos featuring our chef customers working with specific ingredients, demonstrating techniques, and bringing our products to life in real kitchen environments. These weren't polished commercials; they were authentic, educational content that showcased both our product quality and our customers' expertise, driving engagement across digital channels while reinforcing the collaborative partnerships that differentiate Baldor from larger, more transactional competitors. This is influencer work, but with heart and soul.
