Recognizing that the majority of our customers rely on digital channels for ordering, I partnered closely with our technology team to continue to grow Baldor's e-commerce platform into a best-in-class ordering experience. I led the integration of our refreshed brand identity into the digital experience, and in addition supported a complete homepage redesign, streamlined navigation, enhanced filtering capabilities, AI-powered personalization through a sophisticated recommendation engine, and Net Promoter Score integration. The result was a platform that didn't just process orders—it anticipated chef needs, surfaced relevant products intelligently, ensured customer satisfaction, and delivered the same care and expertise our customers expect from our sales team.
